Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website

This website is aimed at clients in the Argentine Republic and in the territory of the European Union (with special attention to Spain). These documents have been drafted to comply simultaneously with Argentine regulations (Personal Data Protection Law 25,326) and applicable European regulations (GDPR – EU Regulation 2016/679; LSSI-CE – Law 34/2002). In the event of conflict between both frameworks, the most protective rule for the data subject will apply. The website is available in Spanish and English. These documents, drafted in Spanish, constitute the reference version.

1. Purpose and scope

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern access to and use of the XPERTA website, as well as the contact process and the request for an initial consultation. They do not govern the actual provision of services, which will be the subject of a separate agreement between the parties once the client's needs have been assessed. Access to and use of the website implies acceptance of these T&C.

2. Services offered

XPERTA offers tailored financial and management consulting services, adapted to the specific needs of each organization. The services are grouped into four areas of specialization.

Given the customized nature of the services, the list above is illustrative and not exhaustive. XPERTA may offer additional solutions according to the specific needs of each client.

3. Contact process and initial consultation

The user may contact XPERTA through the form available on the website, the WhatsApp link, or by accessing Calendly to schedule a meeting directly.

XPERTA offers a free and non-binding initial consultation, the purpose of which is to understand the potential client's situation and assess whether there is an opportunity for collaboration. This consultation does not create any obligation for either party.

If there is a service proposal, XPERTA will communicate it to the client through the agreed channels (email, call or in-person meeting) after the initial consultation. The actual contracting of the service will require an explicit agreement between the parties.

4. Acceptable use of the website

The user undertakes to use the website and contact channels lawfully and in good faith. Use of the contact form or any enabled channel for purposes other than those intended is prohibited, including sending unsolicited commercial communications.

5. Changes

XPERTA reserves the right to modify these T&C, the website content, and the description of services at any time and without prior notice. Changes will be effective from their publication on the website.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

  • For users in Spain and the European Union, these T&C are governed by Spanish law, with the courts of the user's domicile having jurisdiction.
  • For users in Argentina, they are governed by the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code, with the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires having jurisdiction.
